You can and should report all calls like this to donotcall.gov.
maybe someday they'll enforce the law and shut these scammers down...

Another Card Services scam number. Answered the robo call and pressed #1. Sounds of a "call center" almost covered what the guy was saying. Could have been a bus depot or cafeteria. He started saying he was with "Visa", I asked if this was card services,and he said he was with "Chasse." I said "Wow, you must be new. you were with Visa a minute ago and now your with Chasse." then I explained politely that I have over 80 numbers for "Card Services" listed under SCAM from this year alone. He said he understood, so I asked him to explain it back to me so I could be certain. DEAD AIR. He did not understand what I was saying, so I said "I know this is a scam, Please let all your friends know, I know this is a scam and I will never fall for it." then as he was trying to say something else, I hung up.
