This is a scam call. When I returned the message, I asked how they had gotten my unlisted number. The person readily said: "Oh, we get all our numbers from the DO NOT CALL LIST"!!!

I also received a call from this number on my cell phone (which is private, and on do not call list). No idea how they got it. It started off as a recorded message from "card services" about my visa (which I have). I pressed "1" to speak to the operator (who sounded like he was from India). I demanded to know what company he was representing and how he got my phone number. He promptly hung up. I then filed a complaint on the FCC website.

Yup. Same here. Offered lower rates. Did not specify cc company (other than it's the visa with >$3000 balance and high rate - which doesn't narrow it down for me). They did ask for last 4 ssn, part of the cc #, and a zipcode. Did not give any info and hung up.

They did not leave a message, however research into it appears to be a scam. "Card Services" demanding money. Ignore this number. Don't give them any info.

414 369-6671 - Recorded messaged states they are from my credit card company and have a lower interest rate offer. They do not identify the name of the CC Company. 2 to not get any more calls -- I've did this several times before and I still get the call with the same recording.
