Call every other day, hang up after 2 rings. Usually call in the mornings.
Wouldn't give a name but asked for my Husband. Wanted him to call and anyone would help him.

We got calls, found out it was for an unpaid parking ticket in 2005!!!
We paid it, they had our license#, day and time, then they called back about a year and a half later claiming there was a collection for another ticket in 2005.
Granted my husband works down town and got a few tickets back then, he swears they are collecting on fake tickets. We for sure have paid them all and guess what, ANOTHER PHONE CALL FROM THEM THIS MORNING!
There is no way we owe on ANY more tickets.
