They said they were with "Account Services" and wanted to offer me a lower interest rate. He wouldn't specify an individual account or company and when I pressed him on this, he hung up. He mentioned Chase, Citibank, and Bank of America. I've never done business with Bank of America.

Got a call from 414-877-1395. I picked up and heard how I could lower my cc rates. I pressed 1 and asked the woman which cc it was about. She said in broken english it was visa and master card. I told her I did not have those cards and she hung up.
