01-12-15 Got my 2nd. call from IRS Jane Smith...the first one was a couple of months ago; I ignored the first one, second one I called the number the robot voice said: 415-234-9730 & got "leave a message" recording which I did...something like, got this bogus call from IRS Jane Smith..again! Considered this message your return call. Don't call me again; everyone is on to your SCAM!

I got a call on 9/27/2014 from a Julie Smith from the IRS telling me to return the call without delay before any action was taken. It was a mechanically/computer generated voice on the message. The Return call number that "she" left was the 415-251-6983.

My son received a message from this number saying they were the Internal Revenue Service and if I did not return the call they would take further action. Being that my son is just 17 years old (and really hasn't had anything to do with paying taxes except for last year where he made just $1400.00), I called back on his behalf and told them my brother is an IRS agent (which he is) and that the IRS DOES NOT contact by phone but by mail or registered mail. When I told the individual this ... he abruptly hung up. Strange for the IRS to do this, huh?

Just got a call from Jane Smith, Claiming to be an IRS officer. Need to get an attorney and call them back ASAP.

Received two calls within a 99 minute period from Julie Smith of the IRS ... left message that I or my attorney should called them back before action against me is taken. Ended with "Good bye and take care", I did not return the call.
