Same person left me a voicemail. As a rule I do not answer calls from Numbers I do not recognize. If it's legitimate and/or important they will leave a message.

I got a call last week. Said he was Justin Davis of IRS Dept. He said an arrest warrant against me and my physical address is under federal investigation and that I need to call back. Can't something be done about these threatening scammers?
