Someone called from an unavailable number to say they were callling from Goverment of Canada office of CRTC and we could block unwanted calls by pressing a code after we receive the the next unwanted call. He said that the code will be given to us in a next phone call.

Next, we got a call from 415 366 0260 and a pre recorded message gave a 5 digit code and said, "Do not share your Craigs list code with anyone except when you are veryfying the craigslist accont"

Then the first person called back asking if I could confirm the code that was given to us. He also threatened that if I do not give the code, $500 dollars will be added to my phone bill. When I refused to repeat the code, he got angry and hung up the phone.

got a missed call from this number, no message left afterward.
