Got the same call today!!! Guy claimed I'm being sued and would not tell me why. Just that I needed to speak to Michelle Brown ASAP about this matter by the end of the day or Id be arrested at my home. Ian an army wife and I move around slot so Ive never lived anywhere long enough for anyone to want to sue me. I hung up because it sounded like a joke. The guy called me 8 times and than left me a rude message about being arrested and may God help me..... saved the message and I'm contacting the police.

Oh I have one better for all of you. I got a call from this number today. Tried to explain last week with 4 people that I don't owe this. Was hung up on 4 times. So today I get a call stating they are SUING ME for Harrassment and to stop calling them after they JUST CALLED ME!!!!

this guy from 451-389-0279 guy named Jenes no last name not even when I asked and said that Michelle Brown is the lawyer and charges will be brought up if I didn't send them $400 dollars to them today 9/10/12 or the police will come to my job and arrest me. They have the last four digits of my SSN and other info as well. When I asked to talk to Michelle Brown she wouldn't come to the phone all three times they called. Michelle Brown is 415-376-1480

Caller stated that they have a legal affidavit in my name and that the sheriff so be contacting me. They person claims to be an attorney's office who has a suit against me for an unknown loan. He demanded that I give my information. When I called a woman answered and stated that I was crazy and did not know what I was talking about. The caller has not stopped harassing me and calls at all hours. I suspect this is a scam and fraudulent company looking to steal the clients identity. I am willing to appear to prosecute and file charges against the perpetrator.

I had the same problem today. They called me many times today and left 3 voicemails from Michael George from the same 415 number. I called back but after I kept asking questions on why I needed a lawyer and why would I be arrested, they hung up. I called back again and he picked up the phone and hung up. I called again and the line was busy. I wish they would stop bothering me.

Ok a guy calls me today and says that I should have received a call from the police station about money I never received and that I need to get a lawyer because I'm being sued he was a foreign guy named Mike I forgot his last name

He taking me to court cause I got money from them and I never paid back so he works with cash advanced. Scam
