They are past scamming, it is a terrorist threat, just as bad as the people taking control of your computer and holding it for ransom until you give them money!! Report them to the Federal Trade Commission.

Scammer... offered me $9000 in govt grant money.

I answered the phone and got the computer message that they have been trying to call me and to call back at this same number. So I hung up, looked up the number and here I am. The message did not mention my name or anyones.

I got a call and did not answer and they left a voice mail to call back and collect my grant money. Have not applied for a grant and I am on the do not call list.
