I got a call from this number saying that I owed money to the IRS and her name was Julie Smith. I called the number back and a guy with an accent said that his name was something Smith.

i too, got a call from this number with a very intimidating intense voice saying to call them back immediately, and not to ignore this call, or they would be taking action against me.
Very scary.

Computer voice claiming to be IRS and wanted info. Hung up on them.
