They called me today also saying they were irs and it was important, I just hung up and looked up the number

I got a voicemail today from someone saying she was Julie Smith from the IRS and I should not hesitate to call back or they will take action. This is the third time I've received one of these calls; the first being from someone with an accent. When I engaged him in conversation saying I knew he was a fraud because I did not owe IRS and the IRS does not do collections through phone contact. I told him I knew he was a fraud and he hung up.

they called today 2 so called IRS representatives. trying to negotiate over 4400 dollars to be sent to then within 30 mins. after i got on line my attorney they hang up. now i am getting ready to file police report

This number called me today and i called back and a guy answered with an accent and said it is from the IRS he asked me the phone number that they used to call me. I did not give him. After I searched the number and found the above comment I called back the number and the same person answered the phone. I told him not ever call my number and that I will report to the police. He said he does not care and started to curse me

Message on my answering machine today. Caller said she was Julie Smith from the IRS and we needed to contact her about a time sensitive issue. She said not to delay or they will take action against us.
