U.S. Treasury, Dept. of Enforcement asked that myself or my attorney before this action "turns into a total legal mess for me."

Who do I report this call to?
A "Chris Walker" from the "US Department of Treasury" in San Francisco called my parents house asking for me (I have not lived at that address for years), and told my mother that if she did not pass along his contact information to me within two hours, he would have agents come arrest her for "harboring a criminal."
same type of call, heavy foreign accent with name "Mark Johnson."
Mark Johnson asked for another person who lives here because that person needed to pay US Treasury. I requested information by mail and was told it had already been sent. I then stated everyone is aware of these scam calls and are reporting them....I don't know when he hung up however, I called back, got an answering machine and blew out their ear drums informing them to remove my number from their list...they are being reported again
Supposedly from a James Harvey of Legal Dept of US Treasury. You must call him back because the US Treasury is "taking legal action against you". The voice was so weird I couldn't tell if it was a foreigner or computer generated.
