A recorded message " Officer Julie Smith of the Internal Revenue Service, return my call at 415-506-2413 before further action is taken. I've had a few encounters with the IRS and this isn't how they contact people. Bite me

Same as above- computer msg, claims she is "IRS Officer Julie Smith", & to call back bc time is critical or something bad will happen.... I disconnected the call at that point.

Just received call from this number claim in to be IRS demanding almost $9000, or else I will be arrested!! When I asked for the information so I can to my attorney the person with a thick foreign accent immediately hung up on me!! When I called back from private # it went straight to voice mail!! SCAM!!

Scammers!!! I despise people like these! They claim to be from the IRS, I called they said it was for my Father because there was a discrepancy with his return and I said what return, he's retired. The Asian little man on the other end said oh, he's retired, hold on a second let me check the age brackett and hung up. Yeah! I called back to tell them off and they didn't answer anymore because they have caller ID.

I'm receiving calls every 2 hours from a recorder's name of Julie Smith phone number (415) 506-2413 and claims she is calling from the IRS to and return the call immediately or further action will occur. I call back and it goes straight to a voicemail with no name.

Yes, I also received a phone call from the same ph# claiming to be the IRS. They asked for my mailing address. When I asked to speak with someone with better English, they hung-up. Redialed their # several times. When they finally answered, the person on the other end started using profanity and hung-up again. Scam!!!!!!
