Call from number above left voice mail saying that they're IRS and that they are going to take action against me if I don't call them back. Actual message says: This issue at hand is extremely time sensitive. I am officer Nicky Johnson from Internal Revenue Service and the hotline to my division is 415.528.6177. I repeat, it's 415.528.6177. Don't disregard this message and do return the call before we take any action against you. Goodbye and take care.

Got the same voicemail. Called back. Some guy with an Indian accent said they were coming to arrest me within the hour. What's weird, is he knew my car make and model. He knew an awful lot for scammer, which is unsettling all by itself. How do they GET this information??? Scared the crap out of me at first, then reasoning set in.

I knew it was a scam--the call from Nikki Johnson. How did I know beyond a doubt? I worked with attorneys dealing with the IRS for years and not one time, NO NOT ONE TIME, did they ever end the call with ..."and have a good day." Trust me, the IRS is NOT interested in how your day is going!!!

Just received a call from this # 415-528-6177 saying they were the IRS. Called the # back and they told me to go F*** myself, MF!! Wow!!

I received several phone calls, Nikki johnson left me a voice message on an extremely sensitive IRS matter. I called back and I was asked to pay $1400. I put Nikki on hold and talked to my co workers. while we were discussing the phone caller started abusing in Gujarati "Tari Ma No Bhosdo" - This is a IRS Scam from Gujarat India (definitely a Patel)

They called me multiple of times saying that the police were coming to arrest me for not filing my Taxes

Automated call - Nikki - requested an immediate call back with my Attorney-I called back and you could clearly hear a man with an Indian accent turn on a device with pre recorded background noise of other reps on the phone - he asked to confirm my details of which I told him he should know it - since he called me - and then I told him to BUZZ off!

they told me I had a law suit

Computer voice said she was Officer Nikki Johnson from the IRS and I needed to contact the hotline and it was a time sensitive matter. The hotline number was the same exact number that the computer called me from (415)528-6177. I called back and a middle Eastern or Indian man answered the phone "IRS can I help you?". I asked what his badge number was and he asked who I was so I replied " you called me and I don't believe this is the IRS ". The guy hung up.

Claimed to be IRS and that I owed back taxes! Crazy! Left a recorded message with different # to call back. Asked for last 4 digits of my ss#. Bogus!!! Beware. Scam!!!
