Asking for my mother, who passed away in Sept. 2016. I said I'm her daughter. She asked when my mother would be available. I said she wouldn't be available because she passed away. She did have the courtesy to apologize but then asked when my mom passed. At this point, she had not identified herself or who she represented. I asked for her identity. All she said was that my mom had an account with them and she was my mother's personal agent. She then asked three more times when my mom passed away. I hung up and Googled the number. An online pharmacy? So secretive and aggressive for an online pharmacy? wow!

Very rude, saying you take medication you've never taken. If you gang up, calls back, very aggressive.
