The text I received goes as follows: "My name is SSG Vernon with the US Army. Are you interested in getting information about Army job opportunities? If not, I can remove your name from the list."
I'm just curious to know how this person got my number and why they would randomly text me out of the blue. It seems like a scam for sure. I don't want to text back but I also don't want my name on any "list".
Says name is Sgt Vernon and asked if I was interested in army job opportunities
Claimed he was an army recruiter
