Yes - I received a call today from "Credit Card provider" trying to tell me about certain incentives that are available to me as a valued cardmember. They seemed to have up'd their game, but wanted me to confirm details which I didn't want to do. They were extremely polite, but I ended up calling the credit card company from the number on the back of the card, and they confirmed that I wouldn't receive a phone call with offers from a true member of their company. I didn't provide any details that could compromise my identity.
