The fact is those who know how to fix the problem once and for all with these calls will not because they are making money from each scam call to the public. If these callsl hurt them in anyway or caused them to lose money they would stop all of these calls immediately. Call is greed.

An unwanted call arrived from this San Francisco VOIP number. When the answering machine picked up, there was dead silence -- a strong sign of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who shamelessly prey on the public.
The perpetrator has been flagged as Informed Electorate, a serial robocaller and alleged scammer. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
