debit reduction. I don't have records of when they've called, but it is nearly daily. I've opted out each time to no avail.

Lower Interest Rate on Credit Card I don't have.
I followed their procedures for Do Not Call database, nothing accomplished, left a message for their organization that this is a government cell phone, I have even been transferred to a csutomer svc rep, whom once they find out you not calling for the credit card rate, They ALL Huang Up on you immediately. I have Stage 4 cancer and would like to spend my remaining time on the real things in life versus stupid computer generated calls. PLEASE Help....
