Card Services advertisment of Credit card lower interest rates. This service call comes in as diffenrent telephone numbers, i.e. 347-896-6046; 631-773-1043; 914-594-9011; 415-825-6626; 718-416-6122. When you request that your telephone numbe be removed from thier list, Card Services continue to call.

Card services - lowering finance charge. Caller said telephone numbers provided by Mastercard, VISA and American Express with 551 banks participating. Ask to be taken off because registered on DO NOT CALL registry. Person unable to help because they only answer calls; they do not make them. Also, can not transfer you to someone who will remove number from computerized robo call system. Telephone number of corporate headquarters for "Account Management Assistance" cannot be given out in order to "protect their customers." I have received these before. Told them I would report them to FTC. I did, but appear to be back on their list. ***If you call the number on the caller ID, you are given information on removing number. BUT if you talk to someone they do not give you that option or tell you how to exercise the option by hanging up and calling back using the caller ID number.
