African-American man called saying he's doing Home Improvement work in my neighborhood. He did not sound intelligent and intelligible enough to hold a job. He is casing out people's properties to see if they answer the phone or not. He knows I am a live caller now, so if he calls back again and I don't answer he knows I am not home! . . Beware of these criminals casing out properties!
