Obvious Scam: Note in message below: no name of caller or organization and no name of their target - clear indicators of a robo-call scam. Bad grammar is also a clue as well as it was not a live person but a recording.. Msg: "We have just received a notification regarding your tax filings from the headquarters which will get expired in the next 24 working hours. And once it did expires you will be taken into custody by the local police as there are 4 serious allegations pressed on your name at this moment. We would request that you get back to us so that we can discuss about this case before taking any legal action against you. The number to reach us is 415-901-4424. I repeat 415-909-4424. Thank you."

Received similar phone call as previous post threatening that local police will arrest me within 24 hours because of 4 serious allegations if I do not call them back to resolve the matter.
