They called my work claiming there was a warrant for my arrest and they would be there monday to arrest me for insufficient funds in my bank account. For a payday loan i never applied for nor did i receive. They had my social security number but when i would try to ask questions they would hang up on me. I ask for a corporate name, the name of the payday loan, name of employee, name of manager..anything i could think of. They instructed my to get a lawyer. They also said they had sent me numerous emails which i have never seen.

I just got the call call from this number saying that they have filed legal action against me and they will be sending the information to my employer. They wont tell me when i took out a loan or the amount, every time I ask questions they wont answer them then hang up.. they have my Social security number and Now im not even sure of what steps to take next so that im not dont experience any fraud, im trying to build my credit I cant afford these stupid scams

These people are calling me 10 or more times a day. Say I owe over $4000, refuses to give info but says I will be arrested and info sent to employer! Can barely understand these people, definitely foreigners. Spoke to Richard Smith and Michael Carter, or so they said. Never took out any loan with these people. They are saying it was for Cash never said waht company this was for asking for a lawer I got all confuise I have told him I was at work and give his number all roud I have to do a serach on the net to found out who is this. here on the state of TEXAS is ilegail to conatact you at the place of employement that is harrestment.

I have received several calls from this number. The last person identified herself as Jenny Jones. They all claim that there are three law suits against me relating to a pay day loan. I did start filling out the information on the Pay Day Loan site, but didn't finish. Now they are calling saying I need to send payment or they'll follow thru on legal action. Unfortunately they have my social security number from the website. This is definitely a scam. Other websites have numerous blogs about the same thing happening to others
