Block from calling My Phone ever

This indian gentlemen called me stating that I had an outstanding Cash advanced Loan in the amount of $785, if I didn't not pay this amount by 7pm tonight they were going to issue a warrant for my arrest and that I would have to secure $2000. Well I told them I never had a loan through this company, I called the better buisness bureau and trans union there were not such things on my credit report. I hope no one ever has the experience of speaking to this gentlemen or compay..

The man called me 14 times today alone after i told him he was looking for the wrong person plz stop calling my phone he still keeps calling tried calling the number back and its a fax #

a man that could not even speak english called me that i was being suit for something about mt ss #he gave me michaels name and number and it was this number 4159525630 that i was to call and give this number791373 he knew my last 4 numbers of mty ss it is scary what should i do alda

THE CALLED MY HOUSE TELLING ME THAT SOME HOW THEY TRACKED ME THROUGH MY EMAIL ADDRESS BUT I HAVE NEVER HAD A LOAN WITH CASH ADVANCE AMERICIA. AFTER TELLING THEM THAT HE TOLD ME UNLESS I GIVE THEM $900.00 THE POLICE WAS COMING TO PICK ME UP AND THAT I NEEDED TO RETAIN LAWYER.

A GENTELMAN CALLED MY HOUSE TELLING ME THAT HE GOT INFORMATION THROUGH MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND THAT I HAD A PAYDAY LOAN WITH CASH ADVANCE AMERICA. I NEVER HAD A LOAN WITH YOUR COMPANY AND WHEN I TOLD HIM HE HAD THE WRONG PERSON HE TOLD ME THAT THE SHERRIFF OFFICE WOULD BE THERE TO ARREST ME AND I BETTER OBTAIN A LAWYER. I TRIED CALLING BACK BUT THEY KEPT HANGING THE PHONE UP.

These people have been calling for the last two weeks and i had had enough. THey were looking for a Matthew Good so i told them that i was him... Well they went nuts on me. I told them i would be calling a lawyer and that the he would be named as party to it. I asked for his bar number and he gave me 3 numbers - i asked for an address and he gave me two numbers for the zip code. I called them back 8 times in a row and they wouldnt answer. Lets see if they call back after that.

I don't want this number calling me

A John Steven which is a weird name for an East Indian which could barley speak english called my work asking for an employee. He said he was from Dept of Legal Affairs in California.He was doing his speal and I tried to intrupt and advise that this employee is in the hospital and would not be getting back to them anytime soon and he hung up! This is a HUGE SCAM. BE AWARE!

On today i received a call at work from phone number 415-952-5630 requesting to speak with me. I work at a doctors office and couldn't get to my desk in time to answer. We have called ID and it comes up as Stinson Beach CA. I had the pleasure of speaking with an "Attorney" James DeMello who says that i applied for multiple loans from a Cash Advanced USA that were never repaid. I never received any loans and i told him that. He could barely speak English. He said that i had until the end of today to make a payment of $685, but that he could not except a credit card or that it could not be withdrawn from my checking account that i had to wire him the money through western union. He said that if i didn't pay that a Sheriff would come to my job and arrest me and that it would be more expensive for me to do it that way. I told him that i couldn't make the payment. He says that he could only hold on to my file until Thursday and after that he has to forward it over to the sheriff's department and that i would have to go to court and then pay a full amount of $4,696....I can say at first it did freak me out and then i come on line and put in the phone number and all the other stories come up.....

This people identify themselves as Dpt of legal affairs and have a lot of my personal information and I haven't give it to no one else. They have a strong accent maybe they're from India or another culture but not Americans and they are using american names such as "Ben Williams" or "James". Also, the said that they're senior attorney's for this company. They don't want to provide the main number of the company or transfer call to any supervisor. These is another form of scam!!!!
