There guy has been calling for the last year. This is a scam to collecting money. Now the guy has started to call my job this is not acceptable.

They called me about someone else's account that used me as a reference and threatned to have me arrested and summoned to court---over being a reference on someone else's account. I told him to go back to whatever country he came from, shut the eff up and I know the law and I can't be summoned nor can I go to jail for something like this. This is purely some type of scam and I am thinking of calling the authorities that I was threatened with a summons.

9/28/2011 got another of these scam phone calls just now, from a new phone number 415-994-0000. Twice on my cell phone and 3 times on my work number. Middle eastern caller left message on both numbers with the same scripted message as the last time they called. I need to call back to their "hotline" number at 619-292-8263. I'll take my chances and wait to get arrested - again. LOL. jerks!!!
