The worst people to deal with ever. BLOCK them forever. They will call from various area codes including BC, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec or others. CBV or any other agencies pretending to be collection agents. The sad part is that they will harass you even if you have nothing to do with it. Government of Canada should set a mandate for these scammers who violate every rule possible to make their way go. They call without leaving a message. They use an automated system which violates the CRTC Automated Dial System Acts
