Purely evil spam. If you ever answer this call you will thereafter have two regrets. First your having answered is noted by their software and saved as a successful call so they sell that "connection" to any and all and continue to harass till you block. Second they will automatically place your number in an automated cycle of "call from a different number" attempting to reconnect every time you block. Nasty and extremely aggressive. AVOID.
