Frequent caller in mid-Feb 2018. Claims to be seeking participation in a survey. Call display "name" is 15 digits, varies by call - on Feb 18th began V218, Feb 17 began V217, etc: month and day. Asked who they represent, answer sounded like "Desjardins" ? I requested do-not-call, not honored so far. When answering machine records them it's a few seconds long, sounding like call centre background noise.
