This number belongs to Optimum Communications, a company that does telemarketing for Scotia bank. Keeps calling but does not leave a message.

Yes I will my telephone provider to block this scammer in this planet, why not find a decent job instead of harassing people, I can't understand suppose to be the police can do an investigate this people. They victimize so many people. They are annoying call you any time of the day, some left message pretending they are from taxation other don't left messages.
