I just got a call from this number at 11.45 pm in the night.. When I answered I could only hear my voice echoing..I called back and it said, this number is not in service, please check the number. what the freak is going on?

scammer, carson neville from yahoo.ca, roger j oil, used many numbers, this was one of them.

call, leaves no messages and when I call back the number, a message comes up, saying number has been disconnected.

I checked on line and it shows: J P Paving Co and also it shows the name of a latin american realtor: Luis Rojas from Right at home Realty.
