A woman just called in Chinese telling me my account is at risk, if no action taken, my RBC account will be blocked. To help me, asked me to continue to press 5. When I dial 5, a woman say "how can I help you". I answered "you called me you should know". She hangup immediately. Why cannot we stop these spam ? if they use a phone #, should be easy to hunt down.
