I got a phone call from this number they knew my ssn bank in all told me if I didtn pay him his 300 dollars he was going to call the state police to comd pick me up he said I injoyed the money in he want it back I told him I never got any money wired to my bank I called my bank and they told me I never got 300 dollers this is a scam I can prove I never got money from an Indian man what was funny he said hold on let me send transfer you to the state police it was still him then he started to laugh at me I hung up.

Keep getting phone calls from a Barry Smith. Says he's an attorney and has an indian accent. Just last week had the same guy call using a Washington phone number stating the same thing and he used the same name. Back in October he called from a number traced to New York and he was claiming to be a Detective Allen Jones. Each time he states I am delinquent on a payday loan that I took out over the internet, which I have never done! Last week we reported it to the local police and did a report. I don't know how to get this jerk to leave me alone!!
