Called and said that I owed $489 and need to pay them via Vanilla reload net work. If I didn't they would tell the district attorney and I would be arrrested. I live in a Commonwealth we don't have district attorneys we have commonwealth attorneys. I told them my attorney would contact them

Called saying it was Shawn Smith with a law firm saying I had a payday loan and needed to pay or would be arrested. I told them so ot was a scam to quit calling i googled this number when they called my employment he put me through to "another lawyer" and i hung up. I called number back too see if it would through this time James Miller answered who r u and what the hell i want told them to remove my name it was scam he actually threatned me with harassment!!!

Someone who says he is Austin Black calls me at work and says I have very serious criminal charges against me for money fraud with a payday loan (that I did not get BTW). When I told him to do whatever he needed to do because I never got a loan he got extrememly rude, yelling and calling me names. I hung up. This is obviously fraudulent and I would like to report them but the numbers and addresses I find are ficticious.

I received a phone call yesterday first from a rude woman saying that I've committed a mayor crime by steeling money from the pay day loan place " AMERICAN CASH". They said that if I didn't send them the money that I would be sorry. I investigated this and found out it is a scam. Then, today I get a call from 213-707-6937 person's name Deputy Brandon Smith for LAPD giving me one more chance before they come and pick me up from my work and arrest me and take me to court. I don't even live in LOS ANGELES. I spoke with the LAPD and they advised me to ignore the calls because they are a scam and to check my credit to make sure no one is using my IDENTITY.

Called me today saying I did a pay day loan which I didn' do. I told them, and they said I would be arrested if I didn't pay what they said I owed. I did some investigating of my own, and found that in my tate you can't get a pay day loan through the company they are complaining I got one. They said they are aware of these people, and they are not associated with any loan company at all and to ignore them and not give them any information. call this number and discus this number with them. I did and just don't give them any information period. Anyone getting a call from this number call 8662543581 and let them know.

I got a call from these morons stating that I did a payday loan and that I would be taken to court because I did not pay the loan back and that I had committed some type of fraud. the caller claim they were a lawyer on behalf of America cash who is a lender for "cashnetusa" . I contacted "cashnetusa" and was told that they have no such thing on file for me and that they were in no way affiliated with America cash or this is lawyer. I also contacted the police they say they have no warrant for my arrest these guys are scam and I wish to God that I could get them back

My husband got a call today from this number say it was an important business matter for a payday loan he got for $10,000 and if he did not call them by the business day today they were sending the policeman to his job I asked please give me the name of the company it was called "AmericanCash" payday loan and the law company was Smith,Black and Associates. I told them I was going to call the BBB to look them up and they told me to go ahead. I asked to let me speak to the person handling my husband's case an he sent me to a female and she really was rude and tried to be nasty about it and asked me "How do I know my husband didn't get a loan without telling me" I nicely and politely told her that I handle all business dealings and if anything was done it was done by me then she proceeded to say then we will be putting a arrest warrant out on me for falsification of information....I laughed and told her too funny do what she had to do and I will see her in court.

They constantly call my wife's phone threatening to arrest me. They call my wife's phone because I have blocked them on mine. My attorney says that this is an illegal practice but the ownership of these numbers, or the billing address always goes back to a fictitious name and location! Thus making it almost impossible to track or prosecute! And they said I committed fraud, Hmmm.

Got a call today from this number at work in my supervisors office and told me i would be arrested on monday for fraud and money laundring i asked who was sueing me he said cash america. for one i have never borrowed anything from cash america and he hung up the phone we need to stop these people from calling and acuseing us of this sh**. I for one would like to track them down and give them a piece of my mind.

Could not understand name. Caller had very thick Indian accent and was very rude. He told me that there was a law suit against me and that I owed $8000. I told him there was no such law suit and he told me not to interrupt him again, When I told him not to speak to me like that he said that is how he speaks with criminals. I told him that this was obviously a scam and I was going to contact the police. He immediately hung up.

Keeps calling my office and says he is going to have me arrested. He says his name is Calvin Cooper and he is calling from a law firm.
