Our office is receiving multiple calls from phone number 417-233-0023. Most of the times, they are "hang ups" but yesterday,I spoke with a very aggressive representative who claimed to be acting on behalf of ATT and needed to speak to my director. I informed him that we were not intrested in the services and that our contract with ATT did not need to be updated and he became very rude and told me "you are not the account holder so, I don't have to speak with you, I need to speak with your director, whose name is on the account." I told him that I was authorized to speak on her behalf and that we were not interested in their services. He continued to interrupt me and say that I needed to let him know when the director was available as he was only authorized to discuss the account with her. When I repeated my statement several times, he hung up the phone. Since that time, we have received several calls and hang ups. When I tried to call the number to speak with a manager, I get an automated voice and no one answers. We are a small business, a non-profit and just want them to stop.
