Received call from company called POS stating that David Dorsey was needing to speak to me about my personal information, banking and assets that are tied to a pending lawsuit. called back and talked to Mike Martinez due to David was on another call. Informed me of lawsuit for loan taken out in 2014, read me my SS#, said my mother who died in 1995 and my son who was 13 in 2014 were my references. Said there is a pending wage garnishment order, and they were trying to get this settled before my wages were garnished. Was unable to tell me here I work or address that I lived at in 2014 or even now. Informed them this is a scam and to kiss my ass.
