Both my daughters who have trac phones and they both receive phones calls from this phone number numerous times a day. One of them returned the call and a electronic message asked them to type in their phone number and then a pin number. She hung up at this point but then had problems with her phone asking for a pin number --- we had to all the trac phone people to have her phone totally reset. They do not answer or return the calls
