They were trying to get me to come to some seminar to get out of my timeshare. They started out by asking a bunch of personal information without telling me why they wanted to know. When I told her it was none of her business, she then told me it was a free seminar. I went. They wanted me to pay $5000 to get out. They have a subsidiary, according to their bbb report, called Relief 360, which is a timeshare resale company. According to other reports, after they try to resell it, if they can't, they give it back to the timeshare company, which I found out I could do myself without paying $5000. The company scares you into thinking if you don't go to their seminar and learn your rights that there's no hope for you and things will get worse. I learned though that if I threaten litigation for lying or their high pressure tactics that they will buy back the timeshare.

Timeshare information I did not sign up for. The guy told me that someone under a different name had signed up using my phone number.
