Falsely saying call was routed by my bank to lower my interest rate. Was trying to get my bank information.

said - urgent, need to reach you about your mortgage. There may be a problem with your account. - I then picked up answering machine & she said: Do you owe more than $5K on your mortgage? If so, I can save you money...I then asked, what company are you with? They told me company name and I told them I was going to report them. I work from home & then call multiple times each month and when I ask to be taken off their call list, they hang up.

Refinance your credit cards. They indicated this was my second and final call, but I have received at least 3 calls from they, including two "second and final" calls.

Caller ID lists Lower Interest and claims that it is the "last time" we are getting a call to lower our interest and have to "press 1". We have gotten these calls before and filed complaint before in separate claim. Filing new claim for each call going forward.
