asked about amount of credit card debt. asked about interest rate. Repeated the interest rate question instead of answering any of my questions.

Did not respond to my request for escalation to manager to discuss WHY they continue to call my number.

DID not respond to my questions about calling a number on the do not call list. Did not respond to repeatedly call this number after asking to be removed from their list NUMEROUS times.

Recorded message advertising lowering of interest rate on credit cards. When I pressed "1" to speak with an operator, asked if I had more than $3,000 in credit card debt - asked to be removed from their call list and hung up. Did not identify themselves in recorded message or with live operator.
