And the Robo-calls from Cardholder Services just keep coming! This was call #33 from 1-417-800-2363. I can provide you with dates, times and phone numbers for the last 25 calls from Cardholder Services, going back to January 2012. I checked with Bank of America, who issued my Visa crdit card, to see if they are associated with these calls. Bank of America claims not to be associated with them.
I've filed numerous complaints with the FTC, and a written complaint with the FCC, all to no avail. Do you really read these complaints? I retired from the F.C.C. after some 29 years with your agency. I would expect at least a courtesy call from someone at the Commission, to reassure me that something is actually being done. Or am I just whistling in the wind?
Item #5, below, lists calls #30 thru #32. #29 was from 1-914-594-9023 on 12/06/2012 at 09:19, just one day before #30! #28 was from 1-516-472-9017 on 11/30/2012 at 1:09 PM. #27 was from 1-914-594-9052 on 11/27/2012 at 10:47 AM.

Lower Credit Card rates are being promised. One week ago, I opted out of whoever this company "Card Services" is. They gave me an option not to receive calls, which I took, then they continue to call me anyways. Today, they called twice. When I try to speak to an agent, it keeps disconnecting me b/c one isn't available.

They made it sounds like they were my credit card company and then asked if I owed more than $3000 on my card. I then said, "If you are my credit card company, you should know that already." He then immediately hung up. I just recently changed phones so I don't have all the other days/times they call, but I have on at least 3 occasions informed them that this number is on the do not call registry and the person on the other line did not take note, they just immediately hung up. The number that comes across the caller ID is spoofed.
