The call is from Card Services, they want your CC number so they can get you better interest rates on the card. When you ask them which card they hang up or will say the card that you use the most. I have close to 18 of their numbers blocked on my phone so far. THIS NEEDS TO STOP!!!!!!!

Said it was my "second Warning" about taking advantage of some program of the federal government. The ID on the phone came up "Card Services". I disconnected the recording.
