Interest rate reduction on credit card debt. I carry no debt on any of my cards. I am now getting this same recorded call 1 - 2 times per week. When home, I have hit "1" to tell a living person to stop calling - but to no avail. The number on my caller ID is always different. Sometimes I call it - and always get some sort of busy signal or message that this is not an active number. In this particular case, when I called the number back, it actually answered - but I did not leave any form of message. In all cases over the past year or so, the pre-recorded message is identical, as well as the female voice who made the recording.

Pre-recorded message stating: "This is Rachel from Card Member Services. There is currently no problem with you account." Then is goes on to offer me a lower interest rate even through I have never done business with them.

A recorded message from a company called card members services and they can help lower your interest rate on a credit card. If you press a number it connects you to a live person. Says press 3 to no longer recieve calls but you still recieve calls after pressing 3.
