This is a credit card scam, they call from all sorts of different phone numbers over time, so you block them but it's like whack-a-mole. They don't care about the do not call list since they hope to take your credit card number and steal your money. They've been calling me for about a year, and I report them to the do not call website and I block them on my landline provider, but I don't see that anyone is actually trying to stop them since they are still in business. Of course that's assuming it is just one group of people doing this, it could be several over time.

This phone call is a recording from, "Rachel" that comes every afternoon at 2:30pm. They say it is from my credit card services. They say they can lower my interest rate. I don't have a balance on my credit card and am not interested in lowering my interest. It says press the #3 to discontinue this call. I have been pressing the number ifor the past three months. If you try talking to someone by pushing #1, they hang up on you. How do I stop these annoying phone calls? I am on the "Do Not Call List? 4178002309, 4178002301

Called twice in 3 days by robo caller for "Card Services". Tried pressing 3 to get off list. Doesn't work. Tried speaking to "Ashley" but she hung up when I asked for her last name.
