lower interest rates. same company again as I reported a few days ago also. This is the third time I reported them but I don't know the exact days of previous reports. this must be at least the 20th time they have called offering to lower rates on credit cards. Today I spoke with a representative after their recorded message and asked what company they are and they said they work with visa and mastercard but when I pressed further and asked but what company are you they hung up on me.

Typical "Rachel from card services" telling me my chance to get a better rate on my card was about to expire. I pushed one and when connected, asked how they could live with themselves knowing they were breaking the law and ripping people off. They hung up. but seven minutes later I got another call from an "out of Area" number where the live caller immediately started cursing at me and calling me names and saying things about my mother. He was calling from 313-406-8237 which I learned from research is a Detroit area code.

It offers the opportunity to receive lower interest rates by improving my credit scores. The also are spamming my home phone,which I will file the next time they call my home phone. There is nothing wrong with my credit.
