As in #5, no business name shows up on the cell phone. The caller comes on the line after you wait for an agent and starts asking about lowering your credit card interest rate. You are not given a chance to complete your sentence if you ask that they not call you again, they hang up on you.

There is nothing wrong with your account, to reduce your interest payments, etc. Very same recording for Card Services. I have no account with them or any other company.
