They attempted to make it sound like they were calling about late credit card bills (I have none). They then attempted to say that they have something to do with the Cred Card Financial Stimulus Bill

Advertised to lower my credit card interest rate and to do it fast before the fiscal recovery beneftits ran out. I have gotten many of these calls over the last six months but never complained until now.

keeps saying "this is the second and last message to lower your interest rates" - for months.
Operator on extension 1 when asked to put the number on their do not call list hangs up, when told another call and they would be reported to FCC says "call them!". Today they did that twice.
