The announcement was that "his is the last call and to hold on for a credit counselor in reference to a past due credit card; they would offer a low interest rate. - I do not owe any balance on any credit card. I waited for someone to answer the phone and told the (male) counselor that I was on the "no call list". He disconnected the phone immediately without any kind of response. I am getting calls from this telephone number on a regular basis, early in the morning and/or around 5 to 6 o'clock PM. I have answered accidentally several times without checking the caller ID first. In general, I try not to answer. These calls are very annoying and disturbing, even more now since there are several home invasions in my neighbor hood. I hope that these kinds of calls are not linked to any physical crime. I get upset every time I pick up a call like this one. I did not keep record of these annoying calls in the past, will do so from now on. It seems to be a Credit Card Service company.

Call was from "Card Services" on caller ID, phone 417-800-2317. Call claimed to offer lower interest rate on credit card. Was a recorded message. I waited to speak to representative. When I inquired which card they were calling about they would not answer.. said... "you know, the one you like.." they would not specify. I hung up. Have received multiple calls from this caller, over the last 6 months.
