Advertised lower credit card interest rates, etc. THE NUMBER ACTUALLY WORKED when I called it back - try calling them at 417-800-2325 - you might be able to reach a live person. I've received a lot of soliciting calls with pre-recorded messages on my cell phone over the last 2 years; I've usually reported each call with an online FCC complaint. In most of the calls, the message says they're from 'Cardmember Services'. Usually if I call the number back, it says 'wrong number, etc.'. This call today was the first time that I called it back and an actual machine answered, giving me several options. One of the options was to press a number to request to be taken off their list. However, I didn't do this because I'm afraid to give them my phone number, worried they might call me more (I called them today using Google Voice, so my caller ID showed the Google California number). Again - I DID NOT give them permission to call me and it was a machine.

The consumer received a call from Card Member Services. She gave up all of her personal information to this scam. The consumer spoke with Dominic, her consoler, who gave her the number 1-877-769-6964 ext133. The consumer called this number back and Dominic wasn't available, but she was told her would call back; which he never did. The consuemr was also given the website www.debteducationservices.com .
