The prerecorded message does not tell me the name of the company nor does it even tell me what kind of offer it is, it only says please press 1 to take advantage of this offer.

Can't recall what type from the message, but once I got through to a live person by pressing "1" a person said "thank you for calling" then I told him to stop calling then he hung up.
