Credit card status alert: Recorded message states that my current credit card staus is in danger and "this is your 2nd and final warning" and then I am instructed to press "1" for more information. The same person answers the line and identifies himself as Mark. I have requested he remove my name numerous times and each time he hangs up the phone. These calls are repetative and I receive @ least 2 a week. There is never a number offered which allows the recipient the option of being removed from that call list. I WANT IT STOPPED~!! Caller ID recognizes this caller as "Card Service" and "Lower Interest Rates" and the number I have is 417-800-2357.
I only began documenting these calls a few weeks ago but they have been a nuisance for months~!! The most recent was this morning and I am only guessing with dates and times of other most recent calls.
